Healthy Aging Trainings:Wellness as you Age:We cover essential guidance on maintaining your overall health, practical tips to support mental and physical well-being, and an overview of local community services designed to help you thrive.
Medication Safety:This presentation helps seniors create a plan to manage medications with practical tips, tools, and free resources to recognize interactions, stay organized, and maintain confidence.
Fall Prevention:
Fall Prevention Overview Class:
One-time, high-level overview class that explains various ways to identify and understand your fall risk and how to take action to prevent a fall.
Bingocize*:
A 10-week, twice-weekly program combining bingo with exercise and fall prevention education.
A Matter of Balance*:
An 8-week program helping participants reduce fear of falling by setting goals, reducing risks, and improving strength and balance.
SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life)*:
A 6-week, twice-a-week, evidence-based strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 65 and older.
Stepping On*:
An 8-week, evidence-based workshop teaching fall risk reduction, strength, balance, and personalized action plans to help you stay safe and confident.
